Welcome to Quality Auto Detailing. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules and expectations for customers using our detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related vehicle care services. By booking, visiting, or receiving services from Quality Auto Detailing you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are intended to complement and not conflict with that document.
1. Services
We offer a range of vehicle care services including exterior hand wash and wax, interior deep cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, engine bay detailing, and headlight restoration. Service descriptions, estimated durations, and prices are provided at booking and on published service pages. All quoted times are estimates and can vary by vehicle condition.
2. Booking, Arrival & Payment
Appointments may be made online, by phone, or in person. Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. We accept payment methods listed at booking; third-party payment processors may be used. Final payment is due at service completion unless otherwise arranged in writing.
3. Cancelations, Rescheduling & No-shows
Cancellations or rescheduling must be provided at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the booked service price. Certain promotional bookings or third-party bookings may have different cancellation terms.
4. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities
Customers must disclose any known vehicle issues (mechanical, electrical, prior damage) when booking. Remove all personal items and valuables before handing over the vehicle. We are not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
5. Pre-existing Damage & Consent
We inspect vehicles prior to service. Pre-existing damage, rust, paint defects, or weak seals will be documented and, where possible, discussed with the customer before proceeding. By approving work, you consent to the services and acknowledge any pre-existing conditions recorded.
6. Liability & Limitations
Quality Auto Detailing will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including mechanical or electronic failures unrelated to the service performed.
7. Warranties & Aftercare
Certain services include limited workmanship warranties (for example, ceramic coating adhesion under normal use) as stated on your receipt. Warranty coverage requires adherence to posted aftercare instructions. Warranty claims must be submitted within the stated warranty period and include proof of purchase and evidence of proper care.
8. Health & Safety
We follow standard health and safety practices in our workshop. Customers must not enter restricted workshop areas. We are not responsible for injuries that occur in customer-controlled areas or due to customer negligence.
9. Photos & Marketing
We may take photographs of vehicles before and after service for quality records and marketing. If you do not wish us to use images publicly, notify us in writing before service.
10. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers are subject to terms and availability. Discounts may not be combinable with other offers and can be withdrawn at our discretion.
11. Data & Privacy
We collect contact and booking information for service delivery and communications. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By booking you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the service is provided. For disputes, please contact us at contact@qualityautodetailing.us to seek resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or small claims proceedings as applicable.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
