Premium Service Policy

At Quality Auto Detailing, we specialize in high-end, professional automotive detailing services designed to restore, protect, and preserve your vehicle to showroom standards. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Quality Auto Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to inclement weather or other unforeseen conditions that affect safety or service quality.

Pre-Existing Damage & Risk Acknowledgment

Client must disclose all prior damage, repaint work, body repairs, or mechanical/electrical issues.
Quality Auto Detailing is NOT responsible for: pre-existing scratches, dents, rock chips; failing clear coat or oxidized paint; loose or brittle trim; worn leather, upholstery, or plastics; electrical malfunctions.
Cleaning may reveal hidden defects previously masked by dirt or oxidation.
We are not liable for fragile components that fail during normal detailing processes.

Weather Conditions

In cases of inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat), Quality Auto Detailing reserves the right to delay or reschedule the service to ensure safety and preserve the quality of our work.
If a weather-related delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule, and no extra fees will be applied.

Pricing & Service Adjustments

All pricing is determined by vehicle size, condition, and selected service package.
Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, sand, mold, biohazards, or heavy contamination.
Final pricing will be confirmed after an in-person inspection of the vehicle.
Refusal to accept price adjustments may result in cancellation of service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering premium results.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address reasonable, service-related issues.
This guarantee does not cover new damage, misuse, or environmental wear after service.

Personal Property

Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to service.
Quality Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and all major credit/debit cards.
If payment is not received immediately, service may be paused, and the account may be sent to collections for legal recovery if necessary.
Any late payments may incur additional late fees.
Client agrees to pay all outstanding balances in full.

Underage Clients

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book services.
If booking on behalf of a minor, a legal guardian assumes full responsibility and liability.

Customer Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

Provide safe access to water and electricity (if required).
Ensure vehicles are accessible and legally parked.
Remove all personal belongings before service.
Ensure pets and children remain away from work area.
Provide a safe and hazard-free working environment. Quality Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Damage Claims Policy

Any claims of damage must be reported BEFORE the technician leaves the location.
Once the vehicle is released and the technician departs, Quality Auto Detailing is not responsible for new claims.
Photo documentation is taken before and after service for protection of both parties.

Final Agreement Statement

By booking or receiving services from Quality Auto Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated above.
